Entries
can only be made by sending scratch cards to Health Pride Pty. Ltd.,
Locked Bag 2015 (Unit 3/81 Bassett St), Mona Vale NSW 1660
accompanied by an order from the Health Pride Pty. Ltd. Catalogue.
The order form appears on page 15 of the catalogue.
Entry is
free to all residents of Australia, excluding employees and their
immediate families of Health Pride Pty. Ltd., its associates, agents
and suppliers and persons under 18 years of age.
Commencement
date for this promotion is August 1 2011 (01/08/11) and the closing date is January 9 2012
(09/01/12).
Prizes:
$1,000 Cash x 1, $500 Cash x 1, $100 Cash x 1, Multi Layered Chain
with Pendant Watch and Garnet Pendant x 6184 - value $29.90 each.
Total prize value nationally $186,502.
Cash
prizes will be sent to the winners by courier or mail. The Bonus
Game prizes will be sent with the orders.
All
prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed
for cash.
All
eligible entries received will go into a draw for the jackpot cash
prizes.
The
closing date is January 9 2012 (09/01/12). A draw for the cash prizes will be made on
January 16 2012 (16/01/12) at the company premises Unit 3/81 Bassett St, Mona Vale
NSW 2103 at 11am. Winners of these draws will be notified by letter
and their prizes dispatched within ten working days of notification.
An
unclaimed prize draw will be made on April 16 2012 (16/04/12).
No
responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected mail.
Entry to
this competition will be acceptance of these rules and conditions.
All entries will remain the property of the Promoter and can be used
for advertising and promotion purposes at the promoter's
discretion.
The
names of cash prize winners will be published in The Australian on
January 23 2012 (23/01/12).
Printing
errors and other quality control matters outside the control of
individual players will not be used as the sole reason in refusing
to award the prize.
At the
end of the competition, all existing claims for prizes and
entitlements will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool
has been exceeded.
