Information on
how to enter and prizes form part of these rules and conditions.
Scratch cards can be found inside
your copy of the Health Pride Catalogue. Entries can only be made by
sending winning scratch cards to Health Pride Pty. Ltd., Locked Bag
2015 (Unit3/81 Bassett St), Mona Vale, NSW 1660, accompanied by an
order from the Health Pride Pty. Ltd. Catalogue. The order form
appears on page 31 of the catalogue.
Entry is free to all residents of
Australia, excluding employees and their immediate families of
Health Pride Pty. Ltd., its associates, agents and suppliers and
persons under 18 years of age.
Commencement date for this
promotion is 02/01/2012 and the closing date is 28/08/2012.
Prizes: $1000.00 cash x 1, $500.00
cash x 1, Leather Handbag x 17,250
– value $29.90 each, 30pc
Screwdriver Set x 5,750 – value $29.90 each, Porcelain Clock x
4,500 – value $29.90 each, Set of 3 Stainless Steel Bowls with
Lids x 6,000 – value $29.90. Total prize value $1,003,150. Prize
value for each state (NSW = $268,058.50, VIC = $194,355.00, QLD =
$172,528.00, ACT = $22,430.00, WA = $49,265.25, NT = $6,508.25, TAS
= $13,310.50, SA = $63,687.00)
We reserve the right, if needed
and subject to legislation, to replace prizes with other products of
equal value.
Cash prizes will be sent to the
winners by mail. Leather Handbag, 30 pc Screwdriver Set, Porcelain
Clock, and Set of 4 Stainless Steel Bowls with Lids will be sent
with the orders.
Winning codes can be located in
the bottom right corner and are as follows; X2 = Leather Handbag, Y2

A2= Set of 4 Stainless Steel Bowl with Lids CASH1 = $1000
cash, CASH2 = $500 cash
All prizes are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The closing date is 28/08/2012. A
draw for any unclaimed major prizes will be made on the 4/09/2012 at
the company premises 3/81 Bassett Street, Mona Vale NSW 2103 at
11am. Winners of these draws will be notified by letter and their
prizes dispatched within 28 days of the draw date.
Entrance to this competition will
be acceptance of these rules and conditions. All entries will remain
the property of the Promoter and can be used for advertising and
promotion purposes at the promoter’s discretion.
The names of cash prize winners
will be published in the Australian on the 12/09/2012.
Printing errors and other quality
control matters outside the control of individual players will not
be used as the sole reason in refusing to award the prize.
No responsibility accepted for
lost, late or misdirected mail.
At the end of the competition, all
existing claims for prizes and entitlements will be met
notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.

competition

first
instance
each
player
scratches
the
“PLAYERS
CARDS”
numbered
1
to
6.
If
any
of
the
“PLAYERS
CARDS”
have
all
16
numbers,
OR
have
a
horizontal,
vertical
OR
diagonal
line
of
4
numbers
which
appear
on
the
“CALLERS
CARD”,
than
the
holder
of
that
card
has
won
one
of
the
prizes
relating
to
that
“PLAYERS
CARD”.
Player
Card
4
has
4
numbers
across
(1,2,3,4)
which
are
found
on
the
callers
card,
Player
Card
3
has
all
16
numbers
which
are
found
on
the
callers
card
and
Player
Card
6
has
4
numbers
horizontally
across
(12,14,16,18),
which
are
found
on
the
callers
card.
Accordingly,
any
one
of
these
three
Players
Cards
is
eligible
to
win.
The
second
step
is
identifying
which
prize
from
the
three
Players
Cards
you
have
won.
To
determine
this
each
card
has
been
specially
coded
on
the
bottom
of
the
reverse
side.
Attached
is
a
sample
of
the
reverse
of
the
card
and
where
you
may
find
the
code.

and
are
again
listed
