Entries
can only be made by sending scratch cards to Health Pride Pty. Ltd.,
Locked Bag 2015 (Unit 3/81 Bassett St), Mona Vale NSW 1660
accompanied by an order from the Health Pride Pty. Ltd. Catalogue.
The order form appears on page 31 of the catalogue.
Entry is free to
all residents of Australia, excluding employees and their immediate
families of Health Pride Pty. Ltd., its associates, agents and
suppliers and persons under 18 years of age.
Commencement date
for this promotion is 01/09/11 and the closing date is 31/01/12.
Prizes:
$1000.00 cash x 1, $500.00 cash x 1, Ladies
Fashion Watch x 10,000 – Value $49.95 each, Total prize value
nationally $501,000. Prize value for all
states (NSW = $161,340, VIC = $106,395, QLD = $101,400, ACT =
$8,992.50, WA = $61,440, NT = $3,997.50, TAS = $21,480, SA =
$44,955) (Due to legal
restrictions Residents of SA cannot participate in the cash draw).We
reserve the right, if needed and subject to state legislation, to
replace prizes with other products of equal value.
Prizes
will be sent to the winners by courier or mail.
Winning
codes (located bottom right hand corner
of scratch card) are as follows; TX3 = Gold Tone Watch, CASH1 =
$1000 cash, CASH2 = $500 cash
All
prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed
for cash.
The
closing date is 31/01/2012. A second chance draw for any unclaimed
prizes will be made on the 07/02/2012 at the company premises 3/81
Bassett St, Mona Vale NSW 2103 at 11AM. Winners
of these draws will be notified by letter and their prizes
dispatched within ten working days of notification.
Entrance
to this competition will be acceptance of these rules and
conditions. All entries will remain the property of the Promoter and
can be used for advertising and promotion purposes at the promoter’s
discretion.
The
names of major prize-winners (Prizes with a value in excess of $100)
will be published in the Australian on the 14/02/2012.
Printing
errors and other quality control matters outside the control of
individual players will not be used as the sole reason in refusing
to award the prize.
No
responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected mail.
At
the end of the competition, all existing claims for prizes and
entitlements will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool
has been exceeded.
