POLICY
Just remember that when you buy any product from
us there is an unconditional 30 days money back guarantee. This
means that for any reason you are not completely satisfied we
will either replace the item in question or refund your purchase
price in full. No questions asked! This does not apply to personalised
products which can only be replaced if found to be faulty.
DELIVERY
TIMEFRAME
Orders are normally shipped within 14 days, however
please allow up to 28 days, as there are occasional unforeseeable
delays. If for any reason it goes beyond 28 days we will contact
you to advise of alternative arrangements.
SECURITY
Health Pride uses ANZ eGate for transactions. Your
card details are NOT stored by Health Pride, nor are they transferred
between Health Pride and ANZ, only the $ amount of the transaction.
All transactions are done in real-time (Bank Hosted) using ANZ eGate
on ANZ servers with SSL encryption. More details can be found
